Our Sun’s Twin: The Lost Star's Echo

Long ago, a brilliant and massive second Sun, its brilliance rivaling that of our own star, shone brightly in the skies. This twin sun and its golden rays had once bathed the planets in warmth and light. Life thrived under its benevolent gaze, flourishing on numerous worlds scattered throughout the system.
However, the universe is not always kind, and fate can be capricious. An ancient and destructive force began to stir within the heart of the doomed star. Tumultuous energies built up, causing the second Sun to reach the brink of a catastrophic event—an impending supernova.
Recognizing the impending danger, the civilizations inhabiting the twin star system united in their desperation to find a solution.
